Why do I need more than one user login?

Having multiple user logins allows several users to access the site at the same time. Each login also records the activities of the user, saves information about their progress in the Scoreboard and allows for custom settings.

What if I forget my password?

If you forget the password for your Student Login:

1. Go to the Parent Login page and enter your email and password.
2. Click on the “View Details” link next to the student login you cannot access.
3. Click on the “Change Password” link, enter a new password twice and click the “Save Changes” button.

If you forget the password for your Parent Login:

1. Go to the Reset Parent Password page, enter your email address and click the “Reset Password” button. This will create a new random password for your account.
2. Go to your email inbox to retrieve your new password that was sent to you.
3. Go to the Parent Login page and enter your email and new password.
4. Click on the “Change Parent Password” link at the top of the page to enter a new password for your account.

How do I cancel my membership?

You can cancel your membership anytime by logging in directly to your PayPal account and canceling the subscription named “The Monkey Zone - Monthly Subscription.” This action will automatically update your membership on our website and any logins in your account will remain active through the last paid month. We provide a link on our website to facilitate this process:

1. Login to the Manage Membership area of the website using your email and parent password.
2. Click on the “Cancel subscription” link in the lower left corner.
3. Click on the “Proceed to PayPal” button to locate and cancel your subscription to The Monkey Zone.

How do I join your mailing list?

Visit our Mailing Lists page, enter your email and click on the confirmation link sent to your inbox. Read more

If I join your mailing list, will I get more SPAM?

No. Your emails are safe with us. We do not send marketing materials to our subscribers or sell/share email addresses with third parties. You will only receive messages about updates at The Monkey Zone. Read more
